Unmatched Ego is a third-person 3v3 soccer game that prioritizes individual skills over traditional team-wide control. You directly control a single player, dribbling, passing, shooting, tackling, and executing skill moves, in fast-paced matches.
The standout feature is the control system. Actions go beyond simply pressing a button and waiting for an animation to play out. Swiping directions or combining inputs alters how the player handles the ball, making every play feel heavily dependent on the player's own inputs.

The objective is familiar: win possession, advance the ball, and score. The challenge lies in creating space. When in possession, tap the Dribble button to push the ball forward. Swipe left or right to change direction, or swipe down to pull the ball back and deceive defenders. A quick flick allows you to pop the ball up, opening opportunities for aerial plays or lobs, this is where dribbling shines truly.
Shooting is also directional; Swipe the Shoot button toward your desired target to create a curved trajectory. With specific builds or passive traits that boost finesse, the curve becomes more pronounced, allowing you to bend the ball around defenders or the goalkeeper.
When you lose possession, don't just chase the opponent. Swipe the Tackle button left or right to challenge a nearby player, or swipe down to execute a standard tackle. Headers can be used to intercept aerial balls.
In 3v3 matches, positioning is crucial. Since you can't be everywhere at once, passing and off-the-ball movement remain vital parts of the game.
Unmatched Ego features a system of abilities, skills, and passive traits that shape your playstyle. If you enjoy dribbling, you can build a character focused on ball control and creating space. Defensively minded players might prioritize tackling and ball-winning attributes, while strikers could focus on finishing ability.
There is no single build that suits every match; your preferred playstyle determines which attributes to upgrade.
Flexibly combine Space, X, Q, and E with Shift or Right-Click to execute complex skills and move combinations.
In Unmatched Ego, a few brilliant plays can turn the tide of a match. However, to be truly effective, you need to know when to dribble, when to pass, and when a curling shot is the best option. Discover the new game Tennis Bits.
