Rocket Soccer Derby is an arcade sports game that combines soccer and car control. You drive a jet car to contest the ball, block, and score goals against your opponent. Every touch of the ball is affected by the speed, angle of approach, and momentum of your car, causing the game to change in seconds.

There's no fixed way to score; you can push the ball slowly, unleash a high-speed ram, or use car flips to change the ball's direction right in front of the goal. Just one well-timed collision can completely change the course of the game.

How to Play Rocket Soccer Derby

Control the car instead of the player

Each match revolves around using the car to control the ball. Accelerating gives you power for collisions, while jumps or flips can change the ball's direction in more unpredictable ways. Unlike traditional soccer, you don't hold the ball at your feet but continuously make touches to get the ball towards the goal. This makes choosing the right approach angle more important than simply running fast.

Reading the Game Rhythm

Charging forward isn't always the best option. After each challenge, the ball can bounce back into your own half very quickly. Players often have to constantly switch between offense and defense, while maintaining their position to be ready to block unexpected shots.

Controls

• W / ↑: Accelerate.
• S / ↓: Reverse.
• A / D: Steer.
• Space: Jump.
• Shift: Activate Boost.

Rocket Soccer Derby Tips

• Approaching the ball at an angle often results in more accurate shots than charging straight at it.
• Don't use your full boost just to chase the ball. Saving some will be more useful when you need to return to defense.
• If the ball is close to a wall, take advantage of the bounce angle instead of trying to push the ball directly.
• Observe your opponent's position before charging into a challenge. A near miss can leave the goal completely exposed.
