Marble Run 3D is a game where you roll marbles through obstacles to merge them into larger numbers. You also need to avoid obstacles and find clever paths to reach the finish line. As you complete levels, you'll gradually unlock new marble designs. These designs are inspired by different colors, patterns, and even national flags, giving you more ways to personalize each game.
Your goal is simple: roll the marble from the starting point to the finish line without falling off the track. Along the way, if you encounter marbles with the same number, you can merge them to create larger marbles. The larger the marble, the higher your bonus points and the advantage you'll have in certain terrains. At the end of the track, all the marbles will be loaded onto a truck, and fireworks will go off to celebrate winning the level.
There are many obstacles along the way that you need to avoid. First, there are sharp spikes that appear on the path. When you encounter them, the best way is to avoid them by using dexterity to go around them. Next, there are broken sections of the path connected by bridges. Stand at the beginning of the bridge and slide to the other side. If your marble is too small, it will fall through the gap between the two bridge supports. This is one of the reasons why you need to merge to create a larger marble. For unexpected pits that appear, absolutely avoid them because falling into them means end game.
Instead of relying on coins, Marble Run 3D rewards continuous progress. Completing levels will fill the progress bar, unlocking different marble designs over time. Some marbles may feature national flags, while others are shaped like balls from different sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball, etc.
Sometimes you'll need to choose a less damaging option. For example, when obstacles fill the entire width of the path, you can only choose to go down the pit or through the spikes. The less damaging option is to go through the spikes, as you'll only lose half the number on your marble.
